I. Booth Price Instructions

2、Standard Booth Instructions: Each standard booth has a space size of 2.5 meters × 2.5 meters, priced at $500 per unit, and the price of each booth includes 5 admission tickets. The equipment and facilities shown in the diagram are not included in the booth fee and need to be rented separately. The specific price and applicable instructions shall be subject to the final exhibition application form.

3、Food Truck Booth: The food truck booth has a space size of 5 meters × 2.5 meters, priced at $600 per unit.

4、Raw Space: If you need a larger space, you can choose raw space. For specific prices, please consult the sales staff.

II. Instructions on Deposit and Rental Fees

1、Deposit Regulations: A deposit of $100 will be charged for each booth. After the exhibition, if you complete the booth dismantling on schedule, the deposit will be fully refunded.

2、Rental of Tables and Chairs: Tables and chairs are not provided for booth booking in this event. If you need to rent them, each table costs $20 and each chair costs $5.

III. Power Supply Instructions

1、Standard Power Supply: Each booth is equipped with a 110V socket, providing 20 amps of power.

2、Additional Power Supply: For power exceeding the standard 20 amps, additional power will be ordered at a price of $100 per 10 amps. The specific prices are as follows: 30 amps/$100; 40 amps/$200; 50 amps/$300. If you need more power, please provide the total amperage required for maximum capacity operation. If the requirements are not correctly informed, we may not be able to provide services, so please plan according to actual needs.

IV. Important Notes on the Application Process

1、Contract Signing: After the exhibitor application form is approved, the organizing committee will issue a contract document for signing.

2、Refund Policy: If the booth is cancelled before September 15, 2025, a full refund will be given; if the booth is cancelled between September 15 and September 30, a 50% refund will be given; no refund will be given for booth cancellations after October 1.

3、Food-related Requirements: If suppliers will sell food or provide edible samples/tastings, they must provide a food hygiene license.

4、Compliance with Regulations: Suppliers must comply with all current state, county and local health and safety regulations.

5、Hygiene Requirements: After the event, all garbage must be transported to the designated area, and the booth and its surrounding areas must be kept clean.

I. Event Time

The event will be held from 12:00 to 20:00 on October 18 - 19, 2025.

The beauty pageant held concurrently will take place on October 19, 2025.

II. Ticket Price Instructions:

1.The official ticket prices for this event are: $10 per day, $15 for 2 days;

2.If you wish to attend the concurrent beauty pageant (held on the 19th), you need to purchase the beauty pageant package: $75 for 2 days.

III. Ticketing Methods:

1.Purchase tickets through the event official website: You can click the "I Want to Visit" button on the official website of this event, fill in the information, and our customer service staff will contact you to assist in booking tickets. After successful booking, the e-ticket will be sent to your email.

3.On-site ticket purchase: You can buy tickets at the on-site ticket office during the event (12:00 - 20:00 on October 18 - 19, 2025).

4.Ticket price standards: If you are a group visitor (a group with more than 10 people is considered a group visitor) and complete the group visitor registration through this official website before October 10, you can enjoy a 5% discount on tickets.

5.Tickets are non-transferable. If tickets are purchased through irregular channels, the resulting adverse consequences and risks shall be borne by the ticket purchaser.
